About Us
Close To BSU prides itself in offering premium off campus student housing close to BSU. We have home sizes to fit all your needs. All of our homes are with-in 1/2 mile of campus offering a great walk score! Homes being this near to Ball state, offers students convenience and safety getting to and from class. All of our houses have been renovated with-in the last five years. Our homes have amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposals, central air and off street parking with a space for each tenant. We believe homes are a better environment for students to study as apartments can be very noisy. At Rent Close to BSU, you are being managed by the owners Matt and Maya Winebrenner- we are hands on when it comes to our homes. You will be dealing directly with us, not a caretaker or management company. In addition, we have a great group of maintenance specialists to help service the homes when necessary. Please rest assurred, we will react to your emergencies quickly with-in 24 hours and fix the non-emergencies in a short reasonable timeframe
About Our Homes
Our home all include updates throughout. We pay close attention to the details to make sure our homes are safe, clean and comfortable. You will find smoke detectors in all bedrooms and kitchens. We have GFI circuits at all sinks/watersupplies where applicable. All our properties include central air, electric stoves, dishwashers, washer and dryer. You won’t be disappointed!
Maintenance
We have a great group of maintenance specialists to help service the homes when necessary. Minor Maintenance calls are handled with-in 24 hours. Landlord maintains the grounds and cuts the grass. HVAC filters are replaced quarterly to keep your bills low. Smoke detector batteries are changed every year.
Upgraded Kitchens
You’ll love our houses to rent all with upgraded kitchens and baths. Most all have been remodeled in less than four years old, boasting new cabinets, sinks, faucets, countertops and ceramic backsplash. Most all have ceramic floors for easy cleanup and durability.
